Tartlet Moulds (Set of 4)
The Tartlet Mould was inspired by an original set of moulds discovered at a family owned bakery in France dating back to 1880. Made from heavy gauge copper, these beauties reflect a traditional french fluted design. These moulds, however, are slightly larger than their antique inspiration allowing for more possibilities such as quiche, frittata, pies, etc.

Copper; Tin lining
4" Diameter x 1.25" H
Dishwasher and microwave safe. When baking, do not heat above 450ºF as tin can melt at 460ºF.
Before first use, clean the tin interior with soap and water. Always dry thoroughly. Using wood or other non-abrasive utensils and sponges will help avoid damaging the copper surface. Copper will darken with prolonged use, but is easily cleaned with a copper cleaner. We recommend using American-made Wright's Copper Cream.
